ORUNODOI

‘Orunodoi’ or Arunodoi Scheme is a new scheme of the Government of Assam is launched on 2nd October 2020. Under ‘Orunodoi’, monetary benefits has been envisaged for more than 24 lac poor household in the state.

PMMSY -

The Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India is implementing Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana – A scheme to bring about ecologically healthy, economically viable, and socially inclusive development of the Fisheries sector of India.

PM-KISAN

The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a government initiative in India that provides a minimum income support of up to ₹6,000 per year to farmers.

PMEGP -

Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) is implemented by Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) functioning as the nodal agency at the national level. At the state level, the scheme is implemented through State KVIC Directorates, State Khadi and Village Industries Boards (KVIBs), District Industries Centres (DICs) and banks.

MGNREGA -

The Government of India passed the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA), 2005 in September, 2005. The Act gives legal guarantee of a hundred days of wage employment in a financial year to adult members of a rural household who demand employment and are willing to do unskilled manual work.

Soil Health Card -

The scheme aims at promoting soil test based and balanced use of fertilisers to enable farmers to realise higher yields at lower cost. Also the main objective is to aware growers about the main appropriate amount of nutrients for the concerned crop depending on the quality of soil.

PMAY(G) –

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (G) is intended to provide financial assistance to people from the economically marginalized section to have access to housing infrastructure providers. A 25-square meters pucca (permanent) house to be built, and the accompanying comforts will be provided under this ambitious ‘Housing for All’ program.

PMUY -

In May 2016, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MOPNG), introduced the ‘Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana’ (PMUY) as a flagship scheme with an objective to make clean cooking fuel such as LPG available to the rural and deprived households which were otherwise using traditional cooking fuels such as firewood, coal, cow-dung cakes etc.

PMKSY –

The major objective of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana (PMKSY) is to achieve convergence of investments in irrigation at the field level, expand cultivable area under assured irrigation, improve on-farm water use efficiency to reduce wastage of water, enhance the adoption of precision-irrigation and other water saving technologies.
